Since we are not allowed to spank our children anymore (first-hand knowledge), kids are getting suspended from school all the time. Not being "squeaky clean" and even being 6'2" tall, is no reason to be shot to death.
How about being 6'2", and not being squeaky clean, and straddling someone on the ground, and beating them about the head and face while they scream for help?
