Based on what is known about the incident, the guy needs to be prosecuted. You cant chase someone down and then claim self defense. Clearly, you haven't read the latest news. I fell for the original stories too, but should have known better - especially when being ginned up by the mainstream press. There's much more to the story and evidently Zimmerman has injuries to prove he was attacked and has a witness - which is why he wasn't charged in the first place.
