-- I don't know what a "birther" is if it's not someone who suggest that the official Obama birth narrative is suspect. --

Everybody gets to define "birther" for themselves. Those who say "I'm not a birther" usually mean they don't subscribe to Obama being born in Kenya.

Out of those who believe Obama is ineligible, there are several bases for their conclusion. I think Obama does not meet the constitutional requirement of "natural born citizen" just because his father was not, never became, and never intended to become a US citizen. I also wonder about Barack Jr.'s adoption by Soetero and resulting assignment of citizenship. I flat out don't think he's eligible, and concluded that years ago. Disappointed but not surprised that Congress and the Courts are AWOL - same with the media enablers.

If I were a Judge (and honest judge who loves and believe in the U.S. Constitution), having spent my life getting to the honorable position, I would not be able to look in the mirror if I caved on a fundamental issue like this.

It is an issue that an honest judge should be willing to sacrifice everything to handle it right, not expediently.

I don’t think we have any honest judiciary in our nation for possibly the first time in the existence of our republic.
