Another lawsuit has been filed asking state officials to remove Barack 0bama’s name from the 2012 election ballot because he has not documented that he is eligible for the office, but this case in Florida has a twist: It was brought by a Democrat.

It REALLY doesn't make a lot of sense. You have got to wonder what is driving it, other than Satan himself. Where did they get all of this control? How come the people that are suppose to be the Conservatives seem so impotent and do not seem to have a grip on anything?

He talked about how an employee at his company used his own Arizona birth certificate to run through the company's special scanner-—it supposedly is much better than consumer type scanners that the sheriff might have used, according to Colburn-—and the employee discovered that his original birth certificate showed at least 40 layers.
4. Colburn’s point seems to be: If the sheriff was pointing to the fact that Obama’s long form birth certificate had many layers in order to prove that it was a fake, then the sheriff could be wrong, because his employee's original certificate-—it is displayed during the tv interview-—also showed many layers-—at least 40-—when it was scanned.
5. I'm no scanner or computer expert, so if someone here could explain where Colburn is wrong or right, please let me know. Thanks.

I think the idea was that the Obama PDF should divide into more layers if it was manipulated (optimized and/or OCR) as was claimed. The number of layers is more consistent with a document that has been built rather than scanned.
It’s not the number of layers, <>per se</I> — it is the anomalies within and between image fragments...

He is basically proving the Cold Case Posse is correct he just doesn’t know it.
If I recall correctly (and you would have to watch Sheriff Joe’s press conference where they explain how many layers one would get if one did what this guy says he did) he’s right that you do get 40-some layers. The problem is that Obama’s forged birth certificate only has 7 or 9 layers.
I can’t look it up right now but that’s a start for you.
