They may be able to shoot a squirrel at 100 yards, but the shoulder joint, if it is a rifle, or the joints of the hand can experience severe medical problems with an ill-fitting handgun. Some say the recoil of a .40 caliber is worse than a .45 caliber because it is snappier, causing a hard jolt to the hand, or to the shoulder. After shooting 1587 rounds in a day, I could see a DHS agent in real trouble from joint pain.

Some here think DHS ordering tens of hundreds of millions of rounds of ammo, is perfectly legitimate.

I was told DHS is also the Border Patrol, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and told they need 450,000,000 (million) rounds, yet we've got upwards of 25 million illegal aliens in country, with a never ending conga-line of tens of hundreds of thousands entering illegally, unabated.

Anyone have any idea what they're shooting at?
