Remind us all of Senator Rick Santorum’s accomplishments. We’d be here all night listing Speaker Gingrich’s.

I'm not trolling, I really want to know: Tell me what Gingrich did conservatively between his time as a congressman and when he began running for president. The best I can tell he was a cocktail-circuit Republican. Pushed Cap-and-Trade with Pelosi, was involved with Fannie and Freddie, opposed the Ryan budget, opposed the Tea party fave for Dede, didn't oppose Obamacare,... I know he was excoriated here for a long time until he began running for president then it magically went away. I just want to know why all of a sudden he's back to the 1994 Gingrich that we all loved.

Winning as conservative for the Senate TWICE in a blue state. Where has Newt won an election outside of a conservative district in Georgia?

Most importantly, Santorum has run a Presidential campaign where he actually has a chance to win the nomination. Newt is finished. You have a better chance of being struck by an asteroid than he does of being the nominee. Failing to realize that is doing nothing but helping Romney.
