The Do-Nothing Congress continues to usurp their duties the same as Holder.

IGNORE HOLDER.

It’s just that easy. Let the DOJ try to send an agent to every poll on election day, for the whole day.

Perhaps Congress should start creating a bill giving DOJ employees election day off so they can vote.

He’s ignoring clear precedent and blatantly abusing his office to affect the election. This is the most corrupt DOJ head in history. It’s really breathtaking.

On WBAP this morning a caller was going on about older people not being able to get ID because they didn’t drive. He had to take his mother to get her this and that but I guess he couldn’t take her to get an ID.

All their excuses are very shallow.

It’s time for Perry to come out and say “Mr Obama. This is Texas.. We don’t take kindly to big city Chicago thugs telling us what to do. We’ll do as we like in Texas and we dare you to find where it says in the Constitution that our ID laws are in violation”

The Founders had it right - not a land owner = no vote. Can you imagine the government we would have if only productive citizens could vote?

So what prevents TX and SC from suing Holder in federal court? This would be an emergent matter for TX, since our primary is on 5/29, and with the precedent it should be an open and shut case.

Many of us in the productive class rent. I own the house, I rent the land (mobile home).

that said.. I’d still be receptive to giving up my vote to return to the founders intent.

Exactly why I used the words "productive citizen" instead of landowner. Anyone who lives off the government taxpayers should not be allowed to vote.

Texas HAS sued Holder and the DOJ. In fact, knowing what the Regime was going to decide even before the proposed change was offered to the DOJ, Texas had the suit all ready to go.

Unfortunately, federal courts (and even state courts) are often just as corrupt as the rest of the government. So if Texas, in its appeal, runs into liberal judges, they will have to appeal to a higher court meaning the law will not be in effect by the time the election rolls around. And THAT is exactly what the left wants!!!!!!

I really think TX should just check IDs anyway. What is going to happen? Are they all going to get arrested for checking ids? Get sued? If they get sued, they’ll win. The Supremes already sided with them.
