And this is why he would lose the election. He just cannot help but substitute his personal agenda for the good of the nation.

I agree this is the kind of thing that scares me about him. It’s not his place to police adults and decide what kind of “speech” should be free.

The alterboy Crusade from St Rick..........Good luck with that.
This country is about to go bankrupt and he still focuses on moral platitudes. No wonder he has no chance of winning.

And this is why he would lose the election. If so then this demonstrates the nation is beyond saving. Libertine being substituted for liberty is a real clue. Seems the nation in its laudable form lasted about 200 years.

This is one example of how he ain't ready for prime-time. He could talk about energy, troop moral, deficits, government largess etc., but no he had to go their. Look his heart is in the right place but if he did crack down would he further enable the Mob as they used to be a big player in this arena as it then would go underground (again) ? Unintended consequences...

Did you actually read the statement put out by RS and referenced in the article?
The only thing I saw was that he supported enforcing laws that were ALREADY on the books. Kind of like DOMA and our illegal immigration laws that the Obama Administration ignores. What’s wrong with that? If it passed Congress (by Republicans) and was signed (Bush), it must have been popular enough to pass.
