It is way too easy to be against both Obama and Smith..... I would say they are cut from the same cloth.

It hardly seems like nearly two years ago when Lucas Daniel Smith appeared with his "birth certificate". An incredible response from Freepers was received, as you will remember. He appeared with a clip board and the said document. He was surrounded by healthy little lads of Carribean appearance, all smiling and interested in this goings on.

It was claimed this man Smith wanted to give the impression it was in Africa where the video was shot. People said it was possibly in the Dominican Republic. He jerked the clip board around and back around again. One could get dizzy. Someone froze it for us.

I went back to youtube and could only get an updated version of the birth certificate so called. Smith was well rehearsed and very authoritative.

As Ïnspector Smith, he became a Freeper. In June 2010 he was removed or zotted. I wasted hours and hours trying to out guess the man. I know he does not want to get into a court and be held to any sworn statement, simply having to swear whether he had ever been in Kenya. That he has sworn some sort of affidavit and conceded he could spend hard time in jail, if he lied is true. Persons with legal training said the affidavit had to be notarized first before he could be held to account.

Uh methinks he could be prosecuted for perjury if indeed perjury was proven...
