If you order milk from canneries do NOT buy dry powder milk. Make sure you order INSTANT milk. There is a huge differen
ce in taste.
We ordered year supply of milk and eggs.
This week I can sirloin steak on sale at samcluhan.
Sam”s has 5 pounds honey for 12.00.
Baking soda vinegar and lemon juice pretty cheap too.
Tarps were 24.00 for 2. 10x16 I think.

How do you keep eggs from spoiling in long term storage?

We go through tons of eggs, and I have yet to figure out how to add them to my preps.

Sounds like you have done your homework on the dry/instant milk.

Where did you decide to buy yours?

Also, In your experience, does the process of canning meat make a tougher cut more tender?
