After going through the process and contacting customer service, I was asked to provide estimates for cleaning the damage. Needless to say it has been about three months and nothing has been resolved. I dealt with Liz in their customer service department, but it seems she applied to the wait-them-out school of hospitality.

This was before the slut incident, but I bought a new mattress at Mancini’s primarily because I could not find ANYTHING in Sleep Train for under $900 (full-size, btw).
Now that they don’t have to pay for ad time on Rush’s show, maybe they can drop their prices a bit. Not that it’ll make me shop there.
