Go Wolfpack! I am not surprised that Rivers is backing Santorum. Philip Rivers is one class individual. Look up his story and you will understand why he is making this endorsement.

As a staunch Catholic promoting Santorum, Phil Rivers is defending his faith, family and the unborn. He is defending the highest values of civilization. He is showing intelligence, wisdom and love for his fellow man.

Phillip Rivers may not be supporting your chosen candidate, but he's a Christian and willing to speak up for conservative values. For that he should be applauded - especially on these pages. Not insulted.

To be fair, it’s not that people are so infatuated with Rivers that they await his endorsement of their candidate. It’s just nice to see a well-known person endorse someone whom you support. This doesn’t mean you are not “sane.”
