A conservative political committee has launched a $5 million ad campaign — targeting the media.
Brent Bozell, founder and president of the conservative watchdog group Media Research Center (MRC), kicked off the “Tell The Truth 2012” campaign on Thursday with a blog post slamming the “leftwing so-called media” and vowing to unleash the power of social media to get his message across.
“There will be the largest social media effort ever undertaken by conservatives,” Bozell said in his post. “Over 1 million Americans will participate in this effort.”
