I agree with Romney 100%. The Feds gave the Pigford farmers restitution for the acts of Jim Crow democRATS in the pre civil rights days and they should give the GM bondholders restitution for the acts of union controlled democRATS after the GM bankruptcy. Either our laws mean something or they don’t. In this case we are talking about bankruptcy laws. I would rather have the courts look at this than have a group of Obama administrators just help themselves to someone elses money. If the government hacks can take someone’s money in this case with no questions asked, then they can figure out to take anybody’s money.
Agreed, and in this case the government hacks took GM bondholders money and basically gave it to the UAW, it was criminal IMHO.
