Since we’ve dealt with this before, I’m just going to say, NO he is not.
But you have to actually research this story to understand why it is not the bad thing that keeps popping up here periodically (and has been for the past decade).

Yeah... the only reason I clicked on this thread is to laugh out loud at the sheer ignorance and pure emotional reactions of some freepers. Most are educated and do a minimal amount of research, but there are some....... :)
