BTW, it can only be a “religious thing” because very few people outside of Christianity would have the courage to stand up to that kind of intimidation. As Christians, our allegiance to Christ is the very foundation of our faith. If we can’t stand up for Christ when the SHTF, then we have failed. The Bible tells us that we will be hated for our love of Christ and we should count it all joy when we are tempted, reviled and put to death because of our faith in Christ. The way the world is heading, it will be harder and harder for folks to resist unless they are one with Christ. We will choose the lions over Ceasar every time.
I think this “assassinate” stuff is silly and a total waste of time. Drudge ran a total HEADLINE by one of the last guys to talk with AB at the bar.

There’s a lot of overhyped responses, but as long as we make it clear we’re inferring—accurately—and not misquoting, I think it’s safe (well, fair) to say most of what Rush and others have said.
You can google Jack P. Wheeler III. He was a reasonably significant figure in Washington who was seen wandering around in a daze and acting very strangely. Then his body was dumped in a landfill.
There was a "non-investigation" and people decided he probably had a stroke or something.
Was he poisoned? Was he killed? Why would they do that? I have no idea at all. But his death was weird.
Um, Booth wasn’t “assassinated.” He was shot in a barn resisting arrest.

I lost all faith in the FBI and their DoJ cohorts a long time back. The CEO of a company I worked for was assassinated by a group of murderers under their criminal protection: Roger Wheeler. The FBI had those folks under wraps as confidential informants and allowed them free reign to conduct business.
