Federal Jobs - men born after December 31, 1959 must be registered to be eligible for jobs in the Executive Branch of the Federal government and Postal service.

So if it is proven he failed to register, he's ineligible to be president, right?

Unfortunately not. But it might make it a bit more difficult for him to get re-elected. Even an Axe murderer, or a convicted traitor is eligible as long as she/he is a natural born citizen 35 years old or older, and has resided in the US for 14 or more years.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
