Unless this ends in some charges filed by the Sherriff, who would need standing to do so, I doubt this is going to matter much.
I’m not sure how, or who, you go about arresting in this case?
For this to matter, Obama would have to be prosecuted. A warrant for his arrest would need to be issued by a judge.
