Yeah. The key premises are flawed. The HDOH didn’t sort out the BC’s according to geographic codes; that was done by the CDC after the HDOH processed the BC’s normally. And the BC’s were normally already in geographic clumps because they were collected by local registrars and sent in as a group each week (or month, for outlying islands).
Analysis of the birth announcements shows that the order of the announcements - or even whether an announcement appears at all - is not consistent between newspapers, since some individual (and blocs of) births were announced weeks later in one paper than in the other. In addition, some announcements appear in only one or no paper - such as the Nordyke birth which appears in the Advertiser but not the Star-Bulletin, or the Sunahara birth which appears in neither.
When you analyze what’s actually in the birth announcements and compare it to the number of births reported by the CDC, it suggests that these lists were NOT put out by the HDOH at all. My guess is that the hospital asked the parents which, if any, newspapers they would like the birth announced in and that the newspapers also allowed individuals to self-report births.
I contacted Marsha McFadden, the Advertiser gal that WND said they spoke with (who told them they ddn’t allow self-reporting back then) to ask what her source was for that, and she didn’t respond. I also exchanged e-mails with Will Hoover who claimed to have spoken to somebody who went to the HDOH office to pick up the announcement lists in the early 1960’s, but the details he gave were not consistent with what Lori Starfelt claimed the HDOH had told her. So I suspect that we are being given a runaround by people who have MUCH to cover.
Especially since it very much appears to me that somebody at the Advertiser office, together with a specific individual for Wikileaks, actually fabricated at least the paper and internet-image announcement copies, if not also the microfilm copies that are in libraries now (which are not the original 1961 library microfilms and are too poor-quality to have been produced by the microfilming company who would have copied them if they had been legitimate copies from the 1961 originals).
I’ve got a post written up about this article but I’ve held off on posting it on my blog for strategic reasons.
Arpaio isn’t in charge of what the posse finds. He can try to pressure the members of the posse - as can Soros - so whether they come out with everything they know is an open question, but I strongly doubt that getting the DOJ off Arpaio’s back would be enough to silence the posse members.
Whether they have found anything “new” depends on how abreast you are on the research that’s been ongoing, either published or not. And it depends on what resources they have access to. The posse doesn’t have subpoena power so they don’t have access to the records at the government offices at this point, but by simply verifying the authenticity of the discrepancies claimed thus far they can give compelling reasons for a criminal investigation to be launched, and at that point subpoenas, depositions, polygraph tests, search warrants, etc would be in order - either by Arizona law enforcement or by any state’s law enforcement that takes the Constitution seriously. Ultimately, that is the only way we’ll ever know what, if any, of what we’ve been told is accurate.
I’m not sure, but the HDOH could claim the right to ignore a subpoena from another state. If they did it would basically be a declaration of war on another state, but they’ve pretty much by their actions already declared war on the whole country so I wouldn’t put it past them. They wouldn’t be able to deny a search warrant, but the HI judiciary also appears to be very corrupt, so it could be that Obama is counting on Hawaii covering for him. He knows nobody in FEDERAL law enforcement will investigate because Eric Holder is guarding that henhouse. Unless Congress appointed a special investigator, but then Congress has ignored blatant perjury and the ignoring of their own subpoenas so they’re pretty much impotent for whatever reason.
Depositions are another story. Individuals can’t refuse to be deposed although Fukino, Okubo, Fuddy, Onaka, Abercrombie, etc could all plead the 5th... That would tell us something for sure...
Hopefully things will get VERY interesting from here on out.
WND has very little credibility among most people with whom I communicate. What little it has left remains among a much smaller group of hard core supporters, but it is tactics like this that erode what little it has left even further.
Nut cracking time is now. Someone needs to put up or shut up.
Without a doubt.
But it could be very, very revealing if the press goes ahead with that standard modus operandus - depending on whether the posse is able to reveal everything it knows.
There’s no cost to Arizona taxpayers. But it takes money to do an investigation, even when the detectives and lawyers are working pro bono. If the money doesn’t come from somebody else it will come from their pockets, which is another burden on those already burdened with a heavier load than most of us will ever know.
I have no idea how WND is handling the clicks on their site, but I do know that there is a way for people to donate directly to the posse.
This phase of the investigation is over. But the end result of this phase is that either the suspicions about Obama’s eligibility will be quelled, or they will be affirmed and a criminal investigation recommended. If a criminal investigation is recommended you can bet your bottom dollar that everything including the kitchen sink will be thrown at Joe Arpaio, who to this point is the only one with the authority and the balls to actually enforce the law.
One of the claims that will be sure to be made is that Arizona doesn’t have the money to do a criminal investigation of Obama - and considering that our federal tax dollars will be used to play every sicko legal game in the book, we may need to help Joe combat those claims for a criminal investigation just as we’ve had to do for the posse.
It isn’t cheap or easy to fight the mob, and right now the mob has control of every federal agency and at least one state. I can’t answer for WND or what they’re doing, but I can say that the legal battle is only beginning...
I’ll just say one more thing about costs. Willingness to come forward as a witness sometimes depends on whether a person and/or family is able to afford a bodyguard, or whether law enforcement can afford to put somebody in a witness protection program.
Glenn Beck left Fox because Fox wouldn’t pay to protect lower-level staffers who were being continuously threatened by Soros operatives. Beck could pay to provide protection for himself and his family but not for everybody in the whole darn company who was being threatened.
We are dealing with the mob. Literally. And freedom never has been free. It’s disillusioning, I know, but it’s time we all realized that if money can buy an assassination, then money is needed to buy defenses. It’s time the public realized exactly what deadly game is being played by the puppet-masters of that smiling guy reading off the teleprompter.
If his report reveals what the MSM has been covering up for the past several years, Sheriff Joe’s reelection campign is going to be incredibly well-funded.
Now if he can just keep from accidentally stepping in front of a DOJ Suburban or a HLS Hummer...
They are so disgusting, I had to shut them off. They can both go to hell.
I always liked the line from “National Treasure”.
“Somebody has to go to jail.”
If what is released today does not lead to jail or the threat of jail for someone in Hawaii or Fact Check ‘reporters’ or someone then this will be another missed opportunity.
It is clear the payoffs have been made, the threats are in place and without threat of jail no one is going to break ranks.
Today feels like the Alamo of the stand against corruption.
“I’m listening to KFYI, a supposedly conservative talk radio station here in Phoenix, the host and his sidekick are making fun of Sheriff Joe’s investigation.
They are so disgusting, I had to shut them off. They can both go to hell.”
They can all go to hell as far as I am concerned. I will not listent to Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, Hedgecock, etc. nor watch any TV or radio news until they give this story the respect that is due to such legitimate concerns about an attack on our Constitution and the legitimacy of our Presidency.
Birthers: Boycott TV & Radio news - until we see a newspaper headline over a story that gives serious coverage of this issue. Send an email to these “jokers” that lets them know they have lost your patronage until they show the Constitution some respect.
As examples, here are some of the more prominent conservative radio broadcasters:
roger@rogerhedgecock.com, rush@eibnet.com, mdavis@wbap.com, joepags@woai.com
Thank you.
I agree. Very Interesting.
That remains to be seen...I was convinced that the fiasco in Georgia was the real deal..now all I say with regard to sheriff Joe is...”we'll see”
I’m kinda worried about Sherrif Joe after the news of Brietbart.
Yeah, Arpaio’s posse better have something of worth that poops on Obama. As we all recall, Arpaio did say they have something “shocking” in the report.
Where the river is winding,
Big nuggets they're finding.
Or at least Yukon Territory! Does he watch Gold Rush On Discovery channel?
I wanted to the drive the Yukon Highway for years, until I finally got the time to do it. By then, I figured I was no longer able to do it, and kind of lost the desire, as I had retired and no longer felt the need to leave home to get away from my hassles.
