We have spent billions of dollars on this Global warming crap and would have spent Billions more if Gore had gotten his way.

Al certainly got his share of those Billions, along with a lot of other scammers.

Here is a great paragraph from slide 25 of Lindzen's presentation:

Rees and Cicerone are saying that regardless of the evidence the answer is predetermined. If the government wants carbon control, that is the answer that the Academies will provide. Nothing could better epitomize the notion of science in the service of politics – something that, unfortunately, has characterized so-called climate science.

Rees is President of the Royal Society

Cicerone is President of the US National Academy of Sciences
