In the aftermath of Drudge’s shameful headline story yesterday, Rush decided to take a dig at Drudge using his new headline about $6 gas prices:

Drudge's buddy Matt Rhoades worked for the RNC when Ken Mehlman used to be in charge of the organization.

Weird connections abound when you dig into Matt Rhoades' background.

Not to mention when Mitt made his big gaffe about not caring about the poor, I think it only merited a small headline several rows down on Drudge, and within the headline itself he wrote in a “but” with Romney’s excuse.

I haven’t gone to Drudge’s site more than a dozen times or so in the dozen or so years since he first removed the “FreeRepublic.com” link. I found this site via Drudge’s link to the “WhiteWater Report” back in early ‘97, IIRC.

Well, at least Drudge was good for something.....he led you to FreeRepublic.

I can’t recall how I was introduced initially to FreeRepublic, but once on the site, I realized very quickly that members held the same ideals and conservative views that I espouse.

no he doesn’t.. if you look at the Drudge Report 30 minutes before Rush comes on air you will see almost all the subjects come righhrt off of Drudge.. even Rush admits it.. that’s why Rush hasn’t slammed Drudge when he should have.. they are pals and everyone who is honest knows why
