As much as I’d love to see something come of this, the fact is the SCOTUS is in the tank for 0bama, just as it was before he was even sworn into office THREE times in January 2009.
The Roberts Court will be remembered with infamy for their failure to preserve the Constitution, that is they will be remembered until future history has been re-written by our fascist-socialist masters.
