I do know a few things about guns but never heard of a “5:06 Fran” before. The rifle looks like an AR-15 painted pink. What does “5:06 Fran” mean?

I think that is probably the case...someone put that together, and Ann posted the pic without checking...still pretty funny.

She posted a link a while back to the guy who does custom paint jobs like her AR-15...maybe she felt she could get the drop on anyone who had bad intentions toward her by making them think it was a 'Hello Kitty' mock-up. Note the inscription 'Molon Labe' on the weapon. It is the real thing.
