A 2008 New York audit found 102 of 119 sample cases improperly received such reimbursement – including funds that paid for 27 abortions.
That means that 85.7% of the cases samples showed fraud.
Must be folks on the take not to notice this -- this is big time fraud for sample rates to hit Eighty Five point Seven Percent rate...
