You state that "he did it twice at different times". What is the "it" to which you are referring? I do not know much of anything about these allegations.

In other words, what I am asking is, 1) what facts or events lead you to believe that he was intentionally exploiting his children for political gain, and 2) how do you ascertain what his inner motives were from those facts?
