“The GOPs insiders didnt expect Ronnie to do well either.”
I’m not a GOP insider... and Reagan was a charismatic and skilled communicator, while Santorum has the personality of nosy schoolmarm
I wouldn’t hire the guy as a manager of any sort, just seems weak and unfocused
Obama doesnt have a billion dollars.
Yes, everyone keeps throwing this around so much as if it is fact. Where has this been reported as fact? It smacks of psychological warfare to me.

It’s a good thing. Don’t let those marxist bastards weasel out now.
“Gingrich is indeed the most electable GOP candidate, he has workable plans and ideas to turn things around.”
Exactly- and same as Art Laffer says... he ought to know, eh:

Damn right he doesn’t. Nowhere near since Wall Street reduced its monetary support to Hussein.
I interpret a lot of his extreme behavior toward Republicans and religion as a way of titillating his lefty friends into sending big money.
I observed Alan Grayson do the same thing in a neighboring district. Debbie Harelip Schultz also does it. Just slam the right and traditional institutions hard enough and the cash will flow in from the left.
George H. W. Walker was the pick of the GOP mainstream, as i recall.
He was thought of as a better communicator back then...
Your claim would be better supported by providing an example of his inaccuracy from something that has actually happened, as opposed to something that hasn't happened.
Cordially,
excellent analysis.
How in the world could you know such a thing about him?
Cordially,
For starters, Rush made the claim in 2008 that McCain was in better shape statistically than the polls were saying. That the MSM was trying to manipulate the voters, etc. He urged people to get out to vote, just in case they were right, but he doubted they were right anyway. (It turned out the polls were not only right, they underestimated the degree to which Obama won.)
And on numberous other occasions, Rush has spoken wildly about how unpopular Obama has become, hated by all, even by most Democrats, and yet, he has stayed over 40% and is now over 50% in many of the new polls. And his job approval is nowin the strong 50% region. Yet Rush is making these risky claims that anybody could easily beat Obama on any given day. (see averages below)

Cordially...he did it twice at different times, and I wasn’t the only person on FR who noticed.
No you aren’t, but no matter how many compatriots you have on this idea, it remains absurd, SatinDoll. Most kids with her abnormality are flushed down a sink before birth, and the Santorums didn’t do that. Bob
Her father is exploiting her for political gain, Bob. It’s not something a truly loving father does to his children.
In other words, what I am asking is, 1) what facts or events lead you to believe that he was intentionally exploiting his children for political gain, and 2) how do you ascertain what his inner motives were from those facts?
Cordially,
Having a handicapped child is NOT an asset in a national campaign. They make many people uncomfortable. If he hid her, folks would say that he was ashamed of her. He can’t win. Bob
