I never heard about the house burnng. When did that happen?
Maybe he was referring to Rossi's New Hampshire factory, which conveniently burned down when he was unable to get the Thermoelectric converter he promised the Army to work.

That was just before he took a brief vacation back to Italy, where he was arrested as a fugitive, and sentenced to 8 years in prison for a bankruptcy fraud conviction.

Neither one of you guys is suspicious enough ~ and it shows.

Let's take the case of Chelsea Clinton's father-in-law. He was a broker and he had a fair bit of personal wealth at the time, and he also had access to brokerage accounts. Apparently you have to make declarations from time to time about your own wealth, so he did that. Then, he went bankrupt. Just ran out of money, went from $800 K down to Zip, and had no accounting for what he did with the money. The trading accounts he had access to also lost.

So, they busted him and sent him to prison.

He never once blamed the Mob. Just took it like a man and served his time, but it was pretty obvious he'd been shaken down for something ~ most usually it's for GAMBLING debts.

Rossi's own story is that the gunk to gas project worked fine but a local member of the Italian parliament was in league with the mob to force him out of the hydrocarbon recovery business and got their version of EPA to change the rules just as he was starting to work.

In short, he bucked the mob (if you think such things can happen). He didn't go bankrupt either ~ which is almost guaranteed to happen if you go along with them (like Chelsea's father in law).

There were still partners in that deal ~ do you know what happened to them?

That was in NH. The factory supposedly doing the work on the converter was in Italy.

The factory in Italy is still there.

The guy actually has a business that makes things, and sells them.

His relationship to NH is intriguing. Ten full years ago you find him involved with all the same Swedes he's involved with today, the same guys with contracts at Department of Energy, the same crowd at Parsons, it's all same-same!

If you take all the information in all the various papers on the net about Rossi you end up what really does look like two guys.

Currently I'm trying to separate the two "historic" St. Gildas' from each other to see who did what to whom. Very similar problem to the Rossi the conman vs Rossi the guy with White House contacts. Could be two guys.

Nothing like a good fire to cover the tracks. As this year progresses there will announcements of how well the work is going and how much farther into the future the delivery date for the water heaters has been pushed.

What ever happened to the 1 mw units that were sold but not yet built? Is Rossi selling them to himself?
