Most states have the death penalty for kidnapping in their statutes. Some enterprising state just needs to implement an effective enforcement program. The statute needs to be broadened to punish those who profit from child sexual slavery as well as those directly involved.
A quick death is too kind for these monsters. It just takes a single thought of a child that I know being trapped in this mess to direct all of my mercy toward the children and absolutely zero mercy for the adults.

Not buying it. How many of these turned into convictions? This is male bashing, plain and simple. It's easy to get attention with this kind of hand waving. Pimps should be kept off the streets for long periods, as if they were possession, theft, assualt raps.
What makes it difficult is the welfare of the girls. Are they better off with no pimp? Not necessarily, unfortunately.
There's a case in Colorado, where 19 young men, were "renting" their 16-17 YO girlfriends. Apparently the girls were not coerced in many cases. Yes, the were underage and the boyfriends and customers are culpable. But the legal system must somehow convince the girls they were coerced, in order to call it slavery.
