This is kind of interesting considering Iran doesn't have any operational destroyers. They have three WW2-era tincans that haven't been operational since the early-90's and four frigates in the 1,400-1,500 ton range. And none of their ship's listed on Global Security or any other site go by the name Shaid Qandi, so I don't know which ship this might be.
