FBI = Famous But Incompetent
Here's the FBI ...
Oh, thats awkward.
OFFS...
Send the pizza guy in first. at least he’ll lead you to the right door.
And what the heck.. How could they have botched this? 2 years... 2 FRICKING YEARS.. and hit the wrong door?
Good thing they didn’t have a dog or they would have shot that too.

Its the Government.
My thoughts also. Don't ya have to have a college degree to be an FBI agent? Says a lot about our education system too!
crying... howls.
The last line is the best. LOL!!!!
Ummm...Sorry about that...see ya’...
I think “2 Frickin’ years”, far from making the mistake incomprehensible, contains the very explanation for it. Namely that such a length of time means that certain information becomes, in effect, “lore”, and is unquestioned by all.
Thank goodness it’s unconstitutional for people to medicate themselves. /nanny state /s
The FBI has apologized and is paying for the damage.
Sorry isnt good enough.
The Forth Amendment states no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Even if I grant that no knock raids are legal one of two things had to happen for this raid on the wrong residence to have occurred.
One the FBI had a proper warrant for the correct address and broke in to the wrong residence. In this case they did not have a legal warrant to search this womans home and therefore committed an illegal home invasion and should be prosecuted for at a minimum burglary and kidnapping or illegal imprisonment.
Two They had a warrant to search this womans home (her address but with the other persons name as the resident). In this case they could be prosecuted for perjury for having falsely sworn to facts that they had evidence of crimes having been committed by persons living at that address.
It seems to me that these LEOs are a bit too cavalier with their execution of these home invasion raids. There is just too little accountability for the huge mistakes that occur much too often that have lasting effects on the people whos homes are violated.
She did have a small dog. She had to hold it while it peed in fear on her. And then lay in the pee for 30 minutes.
Two years of investigation and they hit the wrong house. Nepalincompetano strikes again.
That's what I'm saying, but in a different style. What's the chance they didn't even have a warrant in the first place? Has anybody seen it?
I have my own theory but I would be interested to hear that of others.
You forgot your /sarcasm tag
You would question the obvious?
Like: Why hasn’t holder resigned yet. Or why did a judge in GA refer to another opinion not presented in court to allow 0 to stay on the presidential ballot?
We have been had by our goobermint!
