Efforts of individual parties have identified the perpetrator, present in all videos, as Luka Magnotta. Known sightings place him in Toronto, Russia, and the Southwestern United States.

This vermin apparently gets around. Hopefully they catch him before he moves on to killing people, as animal torturers often do.

I should have done this at the outset, but here are some photographs featuring Luka Magnotta. Please feel free to circulate. In this first photograph, Magnotta is posing on his bed with the aforementioned python at the scene of the crime (for those who may have seen the video of the kitten fed to this snake, in whole or in part):

Finally, among the numerous Photobucket albums allegedly created by Magnotta is one located here and more photos here dealing with the aftermath of the kitten vacuum killings. They are of an extremely disturbing nature and not recommended for those who are sensitive, however nevertheless necessary as mere words cannot always express what a photograph can.

If you have seen this guy (and I know people all over the world come to this site), notify the authorities immediately. (Yeah...I have something else in mind...but we have to be cool at FR...I think.)
