He's not gloating. He's simply stating a fact, something this whole circus has long needed to understand.

I said ages ago that no court in the land would recognize Orly's witnesses as experts because, by the law of what constitutes expert testimony, they are obvious jokes.

I said ages ago that the decision rendered in Arkeny (the Indiana case) was obvious on its face and would be the decision reached by any court asked.

Clinging to fantasy's that have zero chance of ever being realized does neither the individual or conservatism any good. If you want Obama out of office, stop whining and start working for your local Republican organization to get out the vote. It's what I do.
