I know a man who works at a prison. He told me there is a woman there, locked up. The state is paying about 2,000 a month for her medicines. She is five feet tall and 300 pounds. Obese from being on welfare, sitting on a couch for the last 40 years. Add her welfare costs to the equation, and we are paying a slug about 50,000 a year for the last 20 years to get fat. Lifetime, Thats about a million dollars per fat slug.
LBJ's Great society is on the verge of collapse. Gas is almost 4.00 a gallon in NY. It may hit 5.00 this summer. Obama has been very effective. He only needed one term.

A good illustration of why the prison system does not work. Should be public canings, public executions when warranted, and chain labor gangs, growing their own food.
