They may HAVE to start covering this story.

Jan 26, 2012 Georgia Judge Malihi scheduled a hearing about this matter. Both Obama & his lawyer, Jablonski were subpoenaed to appear in the courtroom & both were 'no shows' in violation of the judge's order to appear.

The judge himself refused to allow Obama’s earlier request that the subpoena be quashed. The judge heard 3 law suits in order to have the allegations put on record.

Georgia Secretary of State Kemp backed Malihi in his response to Michael Jablonski’s letter, telling the lawyer “…If you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedingsproceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”

Both the Sec of State & judge Malihi seem to agree that Obama should not appear on the ballot in Georgia. Attorneys for both sides have until February 5th to present additional evidence for their claims.
