IMO which isnt that great, you should be able to turn the computer functions that operate on your vehicle to off for anything except those needed to operate the vehicle.

Some people might want those functions on and some might want them off, having no choice is a violation of your privacy.

The majority's approach is very weak sauce indeed, since there are many ways the Government can do the same snooping without committing a physical trespass (as in Katz, where the police bugged a phone booth that they knew the defendant often used). The concurrence is much better.
