Birth rates are and have been sufficient to grow human population to 5 billion awhile ago, 6 billion for the last few years, and now around 7 billion.
Birth rates will be sufficient to grow human population to 8 billion and climbing.
That is a bigger problem than DECLING birth rates.

Delusional or not, you certainly haven't been paying any attention to the discussion in this thread.
Fertility rates at or below replacement level will eventually cause decreasing global population numbers as the elderly die off.
