Rules of civil procedure call for a default judgment if he doesn't appear.

A default judgment means the claims of the plaintiffs are deemed to be proven.

More likely: summary judgement for the plaintiffs, which means no Obama on the ballot for the GA primary.

Probably find for the plaintiffs and Obama is kept off of the ballot.

They will make arrangements for him to appear via video link from the White House.

I wouldn’t be surprised to hear of a major world crisis rearing its ugly hear around that time, forcing a rescheduling.
