Michael Moore sides with Gingrich on anti-Romney film
Newt Gingrich has been at the forefront of the attacks on Mitt Romney‘s tenure at private equity firm Bain Capital. And it was pro-Gingrich Super PAC Winning Our Future that produced “When Mitt Romney Came to Town,” the controversial 28-minute documentary tying Romney to corporate greed.
This has put Gingrich in an awkward alliance with liberal filmmaker Michael Moore.
“I wondered who they stole from my crew,” Moore told the New York Times regarding the documentary. “It was fun to hear what I have been saying for 20 years, not just by any Republican candidate, but Newt Gingrich.”
Despite allegations by some people interviewed in the film that their quotes were taken out of context (Gingrich has called on the PAC to “edit out every single mistake”), Moore spoke highly of the project.
“The people in the film are real and you can tell they are speaking in unscripted ways,” he said. “And what they say is what people in my films say, which is that the rich are getting richer, the middle class is being eliminated and greed rules. This is not just the language of my films, but the language of Occupy Wall Street.”
Now there’s an endorsement Gingrich can take to the bank credit union.

You have to be kidding? Romney? Even Mormon for Mormon doesn’t sound like Romeny would be Beck’s guy, but then no one living today could get Beck’s support.
Glenn Beck, and anybody that works for that jerk, can KMA.
Moore wants attention, that’s all.
Newt is light years apart from that MM fraud.
I’m a Perry guy, but Moore is obviously perverting Newt’s message to attack Newt.
Glenn Beck’s support of Romney is predictable, but unfortunate. He is so spot on about so many deep political observations. However, he has a blind spot for Romney. Perhaps it’s the LDS thing to give your loyal support to your fellow believers. I don’t know what the LDS Church expects to happen if Romney should win the Presidency. I know some Christians who were hoodwinked into voting for Obama because they thought he was a fellow Christian. All it brought them was Obamageddon.

I just remembered Glenn Beck’s comment about Newt on Monday. He said that Newt’s political philosophy would lead this nation to Fascism. He must be on some strong back pain meds to be going on like that about Newt.
Couldn’t ask for any richer illustration of politics making strange bedfellows than this. What else do Michael Moore and Newt Gingrich have in common besides hating Mitt Romney’s guts??? It’s like the dog lay with the cat and the offspring was a weasel.
I look for lots of hit pieces/depress the conservative vote on Newt. If you look on the web, there are many new stories which are saying Romney has this tied up. blah blah blah and how he is increasing overall nationwide. The media is manipulating for those undecideds who they say are still about 13% in South Carolina.

Is it too obvious to state that Beck has jumped the shark? Since I do not own TV, I never got caught in him short career on Fox. His radio show is available locally.
But, something about his voice just creeps me out - same as Huckabee on that score.
Strange bedfellows indeed! Amazing that there is room for both of them in that bed.
Liberals like Moore want Romney as our candidate. They know their endorsement is a negative.
Beck should be smarter than this, but he is too blinded by his own bias.
Beck endorsed Bachmann and Santorum. If he is getting behind Romney now it is at the point where Romney is approaching the nomination. Beck has a big interview with newt a few weeks ago and since has been convinced Gingrich is a ‘progressive’ which has been Beck’s focus for the past two years. He is lumping Gingrich in with teddy Roosevelt and wilson as the source of our problems. I don’t agree, but that is Beck’s conclusion. He has Ben very anti newt ever since.
