Santorum spent eight years on the Senate intelligence committee and is the author of a bill to support the Iranian dissidents who were trying to overthrow the mullahs. The bill passed the Senate. Santorum has been studying and speaking about foreign policy issues for years. Romney has no such background.
Don’t forget that he managed to kill a girl while he was in France. He and Teddy Kennedy probably had lots to talk about.
