Rick is a very nice person but he’d make a weak presidential candidate.

Who are you for and why should that candidate be POTUS?

IMHO it is Newt who is the right man for the job. He will get things done in Washington.

I can understand the compromise Santorum had to make regarding Snarlin’ Arlen. I cannot understand what Newt expected to gain from endorsing Scuzzyfava or cozing up with Hitlery, Al Gwhore, Jean-Fraud Kerry and Natzi Pelosi, or the race-baiting poverty pimp Al Sharpton. That smells of sellout to me.

I can understand the compromise Santorum had to make regarding Snarlin Arlen. If Baron's account is accurate and Barone usually is, then he owed Specter for getting him across the finish line. Plus, we got two conservatives on the Supreme Court. In Santorum's opinion it was worth it, and he made that sacrifice knowing what it would mean for him with conservatives.

Newt isn’t just the right man, he is the man. I like santorum all right but Newt is twice the candidate.
