You cannot blame anyone except the candidates. Perry's campaign has been well-funded and Newt lives in Virginia. This is the second state (Missouri) in which Gingrich failed to qualify.
The rules in Virginia are anti-democratic to the degree that it can be said the nominating petitions are approaching the point where they can be considered a substitute for primaries or caucuses.
If the goobers screwing up the Republican party operation in Virginia want to do that TELL US and we'll DO WHAT IS NECESSARY to make sure the goober's and their wet hair candidates don't get onto the ballot as Republicans.
Frankly, the Republican elite in Virginia CHEATED.
