That part about SAD not conferring citizenship is only true if Obama was born outside the United States. Otherwise, I’ve already been making a point about the fact that neither she nor Obama’s papa had permanent domicil in the U.S. He’s not a natural-born citizen AND he’s NOT a 14th amendment citizen as Gray defined it in WKA. I’m still confused by the need to villify Gray. Yes, he was appointed by Arthur, but he was considered for appointment by Garfield before Garfield was assassinated. Further, the WKA decision didn’t come until 15 years or so after Arthur left office. It’s not like Gray was trying to justify Arthur’s presidency through the WKA decision ... and he failed anyway because he upheld the Minor definition of NBC.

In addition to Dual citizenship status at birth, I am more convinced than ever that Obama was adopted and became an Indonesian citizen. I also have suspicions that he used his status as a Kenyan citizen at some point in his life, on some official document.

My understanding is that this rule only applies if a child is born in another country. If a child is born in THIS country, he gets 14th amendment citizenship regardless. Now I am of the opinion that Obama might have been born in Canada, (I don't believe the Kenya theory at all.) and if the Canadian theory is true, then Stanly's age is relevant. Apart from that possibility, I do not understand how her age is relevant for a domestic birth.

Years ago there was (and perhaps there is still) a "Weekly Reader" poll. It was a Poll conducted of Grade Schoolers regarding who they wanted as President. For 50 years or so, the poll was incredibly accurate at predicting who would be the next President. It failed for the first time with Bill Clinton. (Thanks Ross Perot.)
People speculated that the reason why the "Weekly Reader" poll was so accurate was because the children would follow what their parents thought, and it therefore served as a proxy for their parent's votes. Since it was nationwide in virtually all the schools, it was the largest indirect poll of likely voters out there. I think something similar is happening with that 5 year old girl you mentioned. I don't think she is paying attention to politics, I think she is just overhearing what her parents think. (Specifically her dad.)

The only reason that a baby’s citizenship would devolve from the Mother was if the child was illegitimate, no father was named or what ever - Dad’s not in the picture.
Otherwise, citizenship falls from the father. Barry is committed to his story now... he has books about his father, he isn’t going to change that. There is no way that Barry can assert he is an NBC because his father really isn’t his father.... and because of that, he cannot say that he is Natural Born - getting his citizenship from his mom... besides which, she was too young to confer citizenship... you see by law, because Obama Sr was a transient - not permanently domiciled here, his son Barry was born under the British Nationality Act because he was NOT born under the jurisdiction of the United States!
Minor states QUITE clearly that you must be born in country to parents who are citizens, the 14th Amendment says citizens are persons born under the jurisdiction of the United States, and Minor came after the 14th, but of course didn’t overturn any part of it. So to be a citizen, you have to be born under the jurisdiction of the United States! The CITIZENSHIP Jurisdiction.
Barry was not born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. He ADMITS he was born under the Jurisdiction of British Nationality Act!
Barry put it all out there right in the open as if it didn’t matter. Knowing that people seeing it publicly admitted right up front will believe that it MUST be ok or they would have tried to hide it. In reality, though Obama was born in Hawaii, he may not be anything other than a PRESUMED citizen, maybe not a citizen at all.
When you put all the details together like Leo has, it becomes apparent that Obama is now cornered. Jan 26th is a HUGE day. We will know so much about whether or not the Judicial system is going to stand for an usurper or for the Constitution.
I told him about the case coming up in Georgia. He said the USA does not allow dual citizenship, and that there is no way Obama was ever a dual citizen. I told him he was wrong, that my daughter is in fact a dual citizen, just as Obama was.
So we looked it up on the Philippine Embassy web site. My daughter was born in America to a Philippine citizen, prior to her mother being naturalized. They consider this a “Dual Citizen from Birth”.
From the Philippine Embassy Website in Washington DC at philippineembassy-usa.org:
“A child born in the United States when either parent was still a Filipino citizen is considered to be a dual citizen from birth.”
So, I am the proud American parent of a dual citizen. She is not a Natural Born Citizen of America, yet she was born in America and she is a citizen of America and she is a citizen of the Philippines.
Under Obama Rules, this means a US president can hold a foreign passport. I believe Obama has.
