Metallica, Master of Puppets is a great choice. It’s pretty aggro so it may make you want to go knock down a wall, but in my opinion it is one of the best thrash albums (start to finish) ever made. YMMV.

I LOVE YOU!!!
YOU MARRIED?
“You Shook Me All Night Long” was the one I’d been trying to remember all evening!

Well, if you’ve got a pole you can use, I’d say “Poison”.
If you’ve only got a Boa, go with “Is It My Body”.
[YMMV]

Back in my 12 hour 5 pm to 5 am days, nothing beat Metallica and Megadeath for keeping the paint room going all night long.
1st shift wasn’t real appreciative of it at 5 am though. LOL

Crystal Method’s album “Drive”. Commissioned by iTunes and designed for workouts/running.

Completely agree, probably their best album, and “One Foot Out the Door” is one of their hardest and fastest. Although my favorite song is “Romeo Delight” from Women & Children First. Crunching power chords!

Zep’s Immigrant Song is always the last on my playlist when I work out on the total body trainer. Keeps me pumped to the last... AND it’s the Viking Kitty theme song!

I’m not a huge fan of rap, but Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” is on my iPod playlist for “Workout Tunes.”
