country... NOWHERE in the Constitution does it suggest that states have the power to legislate away unalienable rights, in fact the Fourteenth Amendment makes it perfectly clear that it would be unconstitutional to allow states to legalize abortion.
How EXACTLY would abolishing abortion make the United States a "totalitarian" country?
