And how does that address the topic of this thread ? Are you spamming ? Did you know that the US Military on Japan was given SPEEDI info the day after the accident occurred ? Why did they not tell US citizens exactly what was going on ? The US government however did recommend a much larger evacuation zone then the Japanese government recommended.
