This is why Orly should have, a long time ago, either gotten help from or passed this to lawyers who have litigation experience and Constitutional experience. If she was working with a team, she could easily have a party in both places.

You're right, and it should not be too hard for her to find an attorney to appear in Hawaii for her. Easier than finding somebody to appear for you in Detroit or Buffalo NY at this time of year!

Seriously, there must be some patriotic members of the Hawaii Bar who could do some pro bono work, or a bar member from another state who can get a pro hac vice motion approved by the court in Hawaii.

This little lady from Russia has defended our Constitution with more determination and guts than any man I know of.
