But proposing legislation is easy.
So, next question. What major piece of legislation (and here I mean TOUGH, groundbreaking legislation, as I suppose you did) could Romney get through Congress with his effete style. Now imagine Perry.

Perry’s proposed a Flat Tax, Perry’s got an extensive jobs and energy plan, Perry’s said he’ll work for half pay. It’s hard to say what Romney would do because he simply can’;t be trusted. As Newt said, the man’s a liar.
