You should pass your thoughts about this to Dean Haskins. Who knows, they may do just that in the near future by adding Virginia's mother to the suit. I think you can get to the players in this lawsuit through the "Kontact button" on the home page at ORYR. The "Kontact button" is on the lower right column about halfway down the page. Good idea. My computer is being weird so I wasn’t able to use the contact button but I was able to submit a comment (or at least I hope it got submitted).
It’s scary how fast he’s moving to take over whole chunks of power, against the Constitution. I think he’s thinking the final coup has begun.
That means so much. Please cover in prayer everybody who is working on this issue. There are strong forces at work and we need “Aaron” to hold up our battle-weary arms just like Moses needed. This is absolutely a team effort by lots and lots of good people. And lots and lots of people are opposing the rule of law as well. It is a raging battle between 2 opposing forces - one for the rule of law and the other for lawlessness. Thanks for siding with the rule of law.

Would the COLB not have a number on it also? Which should be the number of the primary birth file?
Like you and everyone else, I have assumed that the number on zero's most recent "Birth Certificate" is Virginia's.
I don't think they can afford to admit to having a Virginia birth file. But we will see.

Sigh. My open records identity could not be verified. So I logged in at my blog and it’s still saying it can’t be verified. Either that, or my computer has decided it’s just not going to do anything on that site.
Last time my computer acted this way was right after I began thinking out loud about the possibility that Soros’ communist-Islamist allies had made the run on the bank to get Obama installed and threatened the judges, McCain, GWB, Cheney, the media heads, etc with another run on the bank if they didn’t let the ineligible Obama into office.

One of the lawsuits - maybe the GA one that the judge just ordered the HDOH to produce the original BC and microfilm roll for - used as its reasoning the fact that the COLB that Orly received has a BC# that is far out of sequence with other BC’s filed/accepted the same day. Orly hasn’t revealed what the number is; only that it is way out of sequence.
You’d think people would have to wonder why they are so insistent upon hiding the original - for both Obama and for Sunahara. Why would the HDOH refuse to comply with the GA judge’s order if Obama had already disclosed a genuine copy of the original? If everything was on the up and up there would be no reason for the HDOH to be fighting all this - to hide the birth record of a dead child and to hide the birth record of a supposed President who has already supposedly released a scan and photograph of a certified copy?

Butterdezillion, I feel that constitutionalists and those who value the rule of law in this country owe you a great deal of gratitude for all your unsung and tireless efforts to dig and struggle and push for honest and reasonable answers. Whatever the details of this case may include, it seems possible that it may never have come to fruition at all had YOU not pried about everything you could think of in your dealings with the HDOH. You are a hero.
I know there have been many who have, like Donofrio, regarded HDOH’s actions as an elaborate red herring to distract from the fact that Obama was born into dual citizenship. I have continued to think that being a source of distraction is an unlikely motive for all the crazy maneuvering of the HDOH, OIP and SOH. To be honest I find it at least as reasonable a guess that Obama’s fightthesmears.com site openly declared him a dual-born citizen in the hopes that it would create esoteric legal battles over terminological nuances of the Constitution that most Americans would never have the patience to carefully evaluate. Is dual-citizenship the red herring that distracts from something like identity theft or illegal alien status?
Perhaps if he were someone entirely different than who he has claimed to be, he would hope to get his opponents consumed over fine details of whether the person he claims to be is technically qualified to hold the office. Wouldn’t legal battles over “natural born citizen” vs. “born citizen” be preferable to the scandal that would strike if someone were to discover incontrovertible evidence that he wasn’t even Barrack Obama?
If that were the case and even if his true identity were that of a person who meets the strictest criteria for natural born citizen status, the hoax and fraud and perjury of having an ongoing, unrepetant identity thief in the oval office would do roughly as much harm to his administration/career as would be done if the SCOTUS were to uphold their ruling that to be a natural born citizen is to be born in the US to citizen parents.
Thank you for your amazing diligence and sacrifice and perseverance in holding HDOH’s feet to the fire. How can anyone who is astute about their actions conclude that they haven’t been hiding something?
(Not that I have anything against those who are pushing the argument over the meaning of “natural born citizen,” as I do agree that history favors the view that the founders meant to include the parental citizenship requirement. I especially wish all the best to Van Irion and the Liberty Legal Foundation cases given that they seem to have broken major new ground.)
