After finishing fifth in the Iowa Caucuses, Governor Rick Perry returned to Texas to reassess his presidential campaign. Early this morning, there was word ftom a Perry source in "First in the South" primary state South Carolina that "It looks like he is not coming this week. He has definitely canceled his plans." That certainly fueled the speculation that the Perry campaign was over. But now, a tweet from the candidate himself is strongly suggesting otherwise.

It’s over? Hell no! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8lT1o0sDwI
Only thing Bachmann can do now is endorse Perry being the most Classical Liberal left in the race.
Stay in through Super Tuesday, governor, and see if you catch up. Santorum may fade, I don’t trust Newt, and don’t even get me started on Mitt or Paul.
Limbaugh is saying that a Perry’s own campaign spokesman is at a loss to explain Perry’s tweet. He is unaware that any decision has been made.
Sounds a bit disjointed.
Rick says, "Hey Anita, what ya don't?"
You couldn’t just post one of the numerous legitimate stories about this.
You had to stick it on your blog and then excerpt for hits.
That’s pretty freakin’ low.
He can’t even drop out of a race correctly.
What was he assessing? If he’s staying in, it doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence.
Don’t forget what we are fighting for:

I don’t want him to drop out. I have been pushing for santorum but I want a backup option just in case santorum fades. Perry is the only other candidate I don’t dislike.
Run Forrest Run!!!!
He was assessing his campaign war chest and perhaps he discovered some last minute contributions from the illegal aliens he continually panders to. Leave no peso unspent.
BS
Who else in the campaign has got right in to Obama’s face? Here is Perry going toe-to-toe with Obama on border security:

I want the Rick squared ticket (Rick Santorum and Rick Perry)
Love the Rick squared concept but with Perry on top - he’s got the executive governing experience. And Santorum’s Senate foreign relations experience would made him a great VP choice.
