Try again and look closely: a list of sub-sections opens in the center just below the title tabs. Remembering the Dead - -> List of Names, for instance. It’s a bit subtle, so look closely.

After you click on a subject, there will be a tool bar menu between the two stacks of blue boxes, just under the subject heading.
